For more than 30 years, J Morgan's Confections has been making fine candies, truffles, and specialty caramels. Using proprietary recipes, JM Confections has produced some of the best confections available. Look for our products in finer grocery stores, convenience stores, and boutiques across America.
Our caramel is cooked the right way, by caramelizing the butter, milk, and cream in small batch kettles. This cooking process of caramelizing the ingredients is what creates a rich creamy caramel. Family owned since 1993.
