For more than 30 years, J Morgan's Confections has been making fine candies, truffles, and specialty caramels. Our caramel is cooked the right way, by caramelizing the butter, milk, and cream in small batch kettles. This cooking process of caramelizing the ingredients is what creates a rich creamy caramel. Family owned since 1993.
